This world is my imagination,
Skies that melt to red.
Alone I lay in shades of gray,
Us two inside my head.
Explosions in the evening,
Stars appearing through the day.
Eyes on Earth are unaware,
Of all the people they’ll betray.
A break out of hysteria,
When I refuse to fight.
So they sweep me off my feet,
And drag me down into the night.
